Dear R-B,

In an effort to support students through this brief transition to E-Learning, teachers have the option of using ‘Zoom’ or ‘Google Meet’. Both options are face-to-face video conferencing tools that can effectively and efficiently answer student questions about assignments. The following schedule will be used (if your teacher is requesting a video conference) to help organize video conference scheduling:

Class Period         Time

1                            8:30 to 9:00

2                            9:00 to 9:30

3                            9:30 to 10:00

4                           10:00 to 10:30

5                           10:30 to 11:00

6                           11:00 to 11:30

7                           11:30 to 12:00

8                           12:00 to 12:30

How it works - Teachers will share the meeting code and details with students. Students log on to the video conference and their classroom session begins!
